Hi, I'm Reid.

I'm a Principal Product Designer with over a decade of experience turning technically complex products into experiences people actually enjoy using. At GoPro, I've led design across mobile, web, and hardware — working closely across design and engineering to ship work that's measurably changed how creators capture and share their lives.

I work best at the intersection of craft and systems — where the details matter but so does the architecture behind them. I partner closely with product and engineering to move fast without losing the thread of what users actually need.

When I'm not designing, I'm on a bike trail, out sailing, or tinkering with new tech.

I led the cross-platform redesign of GoPro’s media experience for 2.5M+ subscribers across web, mobile, and desktop, unifying device and cloud content into a single gallery. The strategy reduced churn, clarified storage, and increased engagement and subscription growth across 175 countries and 13 languages.
